Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlaiChat, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Services Provided

FlaiChat provides a platform for family and group communication, including features such as messaging, content sharing, and interaction with our AI assistant, FlaiBot.

User Responsibilities

Account Use: You are responsible for all activities under your account, including the security of your account information.

Content: You are responsible for the content you share, and you must not transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, or otherwise objectionable materials.

Interactions: Treat other users with respect and do not engage in harassment, abuse, or any form of prohibited conduct.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create, and give Flai Inc. permission to use it for operating the FlaiChat app and all its features.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
• Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third party intellectual property rights;
• Post, upload, or distribute any defamatory, libelous, or inaccurate content;
• Interfere with security-related features of the services, including by disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use or copying of any content.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Disclaimers

FlaiChat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will FlaiChat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
